Return & Exchange Policy

At FashionEncode, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully curate and inspect every item before it reaches you. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help make it right.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear, lingerie, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@fashionencode.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, item details, and a brief reason for return or exchange.
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with the return address or arrange a pick-up (where applicable).

Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
• Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned item is verified.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
• FashionEncode reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
